Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 190C (170C fan oven)Put all ingredients in a food mixer or blender and blitz together.Pour into a lined cake tin. I found a square tin makes it easier to cut the cake into chunks when cooked.Cook for 30/40 min.The cake should feel firm to touch.Allow to cool fully and cut into small cubes.Freeze when cold.
