I love this simple creative project which brings a little Christmas cheer to any room. Makes a brilliant present too. And of course, you can use the vase all year round.

Pretty Rope Christmas Vase
A pretty decorative vase to brighten your home this Christmas
Materials
- 1 block of floral foam
- 1 large fish bowl vase
- 2 Nautical ropes
- Glue gun
- 4-5 mini glue sticks
- 2 Holiday floral picks
- 1 Eucalyptus bunch
Instructions
- Take the black pieces of tape off of the nautical rope.
- Using your glue gun start with a small section of glue on the bottom edge of the fishbowl vase, glue around the bottom edge and place the nautical rope on top of the glue.
- Continue this process making sure that the there are no spaces in between the ropes until the rope is done.
- Add the next rope and continue until you reach the top of the vase.
- Trim the end and glue.
- Try making sure that you end where the other pieces ended so that you have a clean finish.
- Place the floral foam block into the vase.
- Cut the eucalyptus bunch into smaller pieces and add the eucalyptus around the edges .
- Do the same with the floral pick from Joann (I just cut the paper part and it divided into pieces).
